We came up with this medley during one of our Casa Borrega shows. We started out with 'Valechia", another original chicha track by Los Destellos. We had everybody dancing and rather than lose the momentum, I decided to switch to "Cumbia Sampuesana" which has the same key and tempo. "Cumbia Sampuesana" is an old cumbia song originally played on the accordeon.
